Its furry time

In this episode I get to talk to a sweet girl named VJ, She has a learning disability, a short leg, and a curved spine.  She talks about learning how to read and overcoming her learning disability as best as she could. She talked about being bullied, the weight restrictions that she has to adhere to, and the exercises that she has to do daily for the betterment of her spine. She is a YouTuber, She makes her own jewelry, and she is a furry.
 

Chronic illness equals trauma

I was searching for the perfect guest to talk about our next condition which is multiple sclerosis, and in this episode, I found that person. Lindsey is a very bright, And independent woman who suffers from the same condition that my grandfather once had. She talked about all her symptoms, trauma, and damage that has been caused because of MS, And how some days are better than others, but that she always finds the Will to go on. She talks about what being an advocate means to her, and she's also an artist.

The Blind princess

In this episode, we travel all the way to Jamaica so that I get to have a fun conversation with my friend princess Tia. She and I discuss how she lost her sight, the poor treatment she received from her doctors, struggles at birth, having to prove herself in school, being an entrepreneur, and much more. She's a very insightful woman, and she's very active and she's got her hand in a little bit of everything. Tia keeps herself busy and never lets herself become stagnant and lackluster

Electrical pain

In this episode, I get to have a very honest, an open conversation with my friend Angela who has complex regional pain syndrome. She talks about the pain and agony that she goes through on a daily basis, struggling with depression when it comes to never wanting a disability in the first place, searching for a cure, people telling her that she's an unfit parent because of her disability, and much more. Can you only see half the world?

In this episode, I get to reconnect with an old friend from school. Joe and I discussed the old days, his struggle with coming to terms with his eye condition, bullying, and having a child with a disability. Joe is a very smart guy and he's also a Podcaster, and a great representation of who are you can become if you don't listen to the doubts.

This episode is with my friend Naomi, Naomi lives in South Africa and we discuss her sudden diagnosis of mental health, ADHD, and more. We talk about the differences and how people are treated with disabilities between America and South Africa, we also discuss what it means to be an advocate for the disability community. Normal through profound

In episode 45 my next guest is beth, Beth is an older woman who is slowly losing her hearing and he's borderline deaf. She's a very sweet woman who is a legal secretary but when it comes to her job, or her household, or anybody in her life she has trouble finding people to accept and understand her hearing impairment.  We also discussed topics I hearing aids, depression, and how she feels the elderly community is treating this country.

Outer deformity vs inner peace

In episode 44 I get to have a great conversation with my friend Ladarius, Ladarius is a guy who suffers from a condition called Goldenhar syndrome is a rare congenital condition characterized by abnormal development of the eye, ear, and spine. He talks about his battles with mental health, being bullied and made fun of, and his search for inner peace.

Pinky moves

In episode 43 I interview Brisa who is the fiancé of our last Guest Jason, in this interview, she discusses having a specific type of stroke where she could actually hear and see what's going on around her, but couldn't move her body or communicate. She talks about how she was essentially given a death sentence and the doctors gave up on the hope of her recovery, but she and her mom never did. She's a perfect example of a person who has beaten the odds, and a person who has never given up even when everything is telling her to. She is a very powerful person and how she speaks, and how she continues to push the boundaries of not only her body but her mind can do

Upward spiral
